Elsa considers herself the “science geek” of the beauty industry, having decades of experience in corporate beauty as an R&D New Product Developer and a Hair Show Production Team Member. She has supported beauty industry greats on the educational stage for companies such as Redken, Sebastian International, and Joico. With years behind the chair, she's built a reputation for consistency, honesty, and results that keep clients coming back. Mercy believes healthy hair always comes first, and she works closely with each client to create beautiful, long-lasting color.
Mary Frain
Mary has been a hairstylist for 42 years. Her specialties are cuts and colors customized for her clients. She believes in continuing her skills through education and is inspired by anyone who loves their craft. When she is not behind the chair, Mary has a love for working in her garden and her three furry four-legged kids. Mary’s positive attitude and love of hugs have brightened The Hair Affair for over thirteen years.
Brandy Rogers
Born and raised in Ventura county, Brandy is the daughter of a hairdresser and has been a part of the salon industry for her entire life, including twelve years at The Hair Affair. Establishing and maintaining friendships with her clients is an aspect of her job that she loves. She enjoys the creativity this field offers her, and is always looking to push herself to try something new. Brandy is active in many aspects of the community. She has a devoted client base and is an incredible addition to the salon. Brandy is accepting new clients at this time.
